[Can we customize a package?]
[Yes. The published tiers will be a starting point — if you have specific goals, such as hosting a lunch, sponsoring a track, or bundling with VIATEC year-round programming, the team will build a package around them.]
[When is the sponsorship deadline?]
[Deadlines depend on the deliverables involved (print signage, program materials, stage inclusions). Higher-visibility partnerships are typically confirmed earliest. The sponsorship team will share specific cut-off dates when you inquire.]
[What does the exhibit space include?]
[Standard table with power, Wi-Fi, and signage placement. Booth upgrades — custom builds, demo stations, screens — can be arranged at cost. Full details are shared in the prospectus once your tier is confirmed.]
[Do you offer speaking slots as part of sponsorship?]
[Speaking slots are program-driven, not sold. Senior partnership levels may be considered for a stage slot where there's a strong content fit, and the program team has the final call. If you have a talk idea, it can also be submitted via Become a Speaker.]
[What are the payment terms?]
[An invoice is issued on package confirmation. Most sponsorships are paid in full prior to the event; multi-part payment terms can be arranged for multi-year or larger engagements. Details come with your tier confirmation.]
[Can we bring our own marketing materials and giveaways?]
[Yes — printed materials, branded swag, and on-booth demos are encouraged. Anything distributed outside your booth (bag inserts, gift drops) needs approval from the organizing team to keep the experience consistent for attendees.]
[How is sponsor recognition handled after the event?]
[Sponsor logos stay on the 2026 event page year-over-year. Post-event recap communications (email, LinkedIn, VIATEC channels) reference senior partnership levels by name, and all sponsors are listed in the permanent 2026 record.]
