# Rebuild source-material inputs

Working materials rian provides for the rebuild plan (Airtable PM
analysis, the PlusROI invoicing spreadsheet, etc.). Analysis outputs
land in docs/rebuild/ proper; raw inputs stay here.

- `.airtable.env` (600) — Airtable PAT, filled by rian, revocable
  after analysis. Never committed anywhere, never echoed.
- Drop spreadsheet exports (.xlsx / .csv) directly in this directory.
