When our group was looking for a house, we wanted to find a home that had a private space for each couple, but also some great space for the whole group to gather. There are two separate living rooms that surround the kitchen and ample space for all of us to eat, read, watch television. And since we had perfect weather each day, we spent most of our days gathered around the pool. There are comfortable chaise lounges and seating all around the pool. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. We loved the water slide and diving board! There's a nice little beach that we used each day as well. The beach has 8 chaise lounges. The house comes with snorkel equipment so we were able to head out and snorkel each day right from the house. There are kayaks for rent as well right on the beach.The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. We had four couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We didn't have kids with us, but if we had they would have all loved the bunk room! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep them cool. They all have separate temperature controls (except the two downstairs share one). So we were able to keep the AC off in the main space and just have AC in the bedrooms for sleeping. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need - we cooked several meals in the house. There's a coffee maker and ample coffee and tea provided. The grill outside is fantastic as well. The landscaping was simply gorgeous all around the home.We did not rent a car for our trip, but I might recommend it if you want to get out and explore the island each day. We liked the convenience and ease of using a taxi, but they are pricey and a trip to Grace Bay is quite expensive for a large group. You can't really walk to anything from the villa, so you'll need a car or taxi to get most places. We had just a couple of minor issues during our stay and Emma took care of them immediately. She truly is a wonderful host, so knowledgeable about the island and just a pleasant person to hang out with. We enjoyed our trip immensely and we wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again.
