Both contacts, Pat listed first. ### Launch / domain — ANSWERED "YES." Replacing the real estate site and retiring the rentals subdomain is confirmed and already done. Karen also asked whether the rentals site had any bandwidth. Answer: the **entire hosting account** has used 1GB of its 5,000GB allowance, across all three sites plus 17 mailboxes. So rentals was a rounding error. Nothing of value is lost by retiring it. ### Heated pools — Karen REJECTED our default, still open "They are not all heated, I believe only two for a fee but I will confirm this." "We can't do that because it's optional - let me think about how to do this. It maybe that we don't even mention the word heated at all, and it's an add-on after reservation." So **Jennifer was wrong**: not all four are heated, and it is chargeable. **The problem is that the claim is already live.** The site currently says "heated" in three places, with no mention of cost: - Home page, Forget-Me-Not card: "Ocean-View Villa with **Heated** Private Pool" - Home page, Serenità card: "Private pool · **Heated** overflow Jacuzzi" - Forget-Me-Not page body: "a 45-foot **heated** pool" Azure and Villa Blue Ocean say nothing about heating. The two villas named are the same two SynXis sells as "Heated Pool (fee)", so the site names the right villas and only omits the charge. That is precisely the risk Karen described, and it is live now while she decides. Recommend removing the word "heated" from those three spots as an interim, which is her own instinct anyway, and restoring it later with whatever wording she settles on. ### Azure booking — SOLVED, no longer needs Karen Karen quoted the fallback default (turn Book Now into an enquiry). No longer needed: the room code was found (`BMAZR5A`, a 5 bedroom listing) and the real booking link is live. Worth telling her so she can drop it from her list. --- --- ## STILL OPEN ### O12. Contact Us page still needs building Raised 2026-09-03 after the header rebuild. The new navigation is in. "Contact Us" is the one item not finished, because the page you described (a choice between villa rental and real estate enquiries) needs the real estate routing settled first, which is question O5 below. For now that menu item goes to the contact form on the home page, which works, but it isn't what you asked for. Once you confirm where real estate enquiries should go we'll build the proper page. Villa rentals to reservations@villasatbluemountain.com is noted. Also worth knowing: there are two empty "Contact Us" pages sitting in the site, both blank. We'll use one and delete the other when we build it. --- ### O11. Photos, three things we found Raised 2026-09-03 doing the photo swaps. Both your swaps are done. 1. **You were right about that Forget-Me-Not photo.** It was an architectural rendering, and of a different building, not just an old shot. We also found the same kind of rendering set as the Facebook preview image for that page and swapped it for the real photo you sent. 2. ~~Preview images are renderings or missing.~~ **DONE 2026-09-03** — real photos set on every page, including the home page, whose preview was a CGI rendering. Swap any of them if you'd prefer different shots. 3. ~~Three villa pages show the same four photos.~~ **WITHDRAWN 2026-09-03** — that section is headed "The Beach" and the photos are of the shared beachfront and grotto, so showing the same ones on every villa is correct. Not a defect. Also, the older copies of 1665 and 0716 are still in the Villa Blue Ocean photo gallery further down the page. We only took them out of the hero as you asked. Want them out of the gallery too? --- ### O10. Location page wording, and a couple of asks Raised 2026-09-03 building the new pages. The Location page pulls from the real estate page's location section as you asked. That copy ends by calling the villas "an opportunity to invest in an exclusive community". Since this page sits under Vacation Villa Rentals, we softened that to "places you in an exclusive community". Say if you'd rather keep the investment wording. Two small asks while we're here: - The grotto photo we have is fairly low resolution and will look soft on newer screens. Is there a larger original? - Any other drive times you want listed on the Location page? We only have the airport at 5 minutes and Grace Bay at 10 minutes from your copy, and we didn't want to guess. --- ### O1. Azure is not in the booking engine *(was A1)* Her reply: *"Well that sucks, I just sent a note to Ray, but he is traveling too."* Still unresolved. Azure has no room code in SynXis; the other three are `BMBLU`, `BMSER`, `BMFOR`. **Blocks the Book Now button on the Azure Villa page**, which is the first villa on the home page. Fallback if it stays unresolved: point Azure's button at the property-level booking page, or swap it for an enquiry button. ### O2. Heated pools — her answer conflicts with the booking engine *(was A2)* Her reply: *"I am 99.99% sure that all villas have heated pool and not for an additional fee."* **But SynXis currently sells it differently:** Serenità and Forget-Me-Not are listed as "Heated Pool (fee)", and Blue Ocean's listing doesn't mention a heated pool at all. So either the booking engine copy is wrong and needs fixing (a Ray / reservations job, not ours), or the villas genuinely differ. We need this settled before writing the pool copy, otherwise the site and the booking engine will contradict each other at the point of sale. ### O3. Testimonials — not answered A dozen or so real guest reviews are salvageable from the old rentals site (`notes/rentals-testimonials-salvaged.md`). Does she want them on the new site? ### O4. Photo Gallery — not answered She hadn't reviewed the gallery content. Two Photo Gallery pages exist (2698 and 3659), so one has to go regardless. ### O5. Which does she want? We'll use Azure Villa unless told otherwise. Also still short-form on the home page: the villa card reads "Azure" and the button reads "Explore Azure". Match the full name or leave short? ### O7. Tesla battery on the home page *(was N1)* The Forget-Me-Not villa page line is removed as asked. The **home page** still says Forget-Me-Not has "a full solar system with Tesla battery storage". Remove that too? ### O8. "More Info" button missing on two villas *(was N3)* Blue Ocean and Forget-Me-Not have it, Azure Villa and Serenità don't. All four have the section it jumps to. Add to all four? ### O9. DNS *(outstanding)* Still needed to launch on villasatbluemountain.com, plus confirmation we're hosting it alongside the other Hartling sites. --- ## ANSWERED ### Turn-down service ✅ *(A3)* *"Go ahead and remove. I can always add back later if I am wrong."* **Done** — removed from Villa Blue Ocean and Forget-Me-Not. All four villas now read "Daily Housekeeping". ### The rentals site and the launch ✅ *(A4)* *"The site you are working on will completely replace the villasatbluemountain.com site, including the rentals section."* So: full replacement, rentals subdomain retired and redirected at launch. ### Cobalt ✅ *(A5)* *"Cobalt is not part of the group any longer."* Stays off the new site entirely. ### Nightly rates ✅ *(A7)* *"Booking engine only – like Shore Club Villas – in case they start doing dynamic pricing."* No rates published on the site. ### Real estate pages ✅ *(A8)* *"The current site should already have all of that content contained in Villa for Sale, Real Estate, Investment Opportunity (the new site)."* **Important for cleanup:** the real estate content is consolidated into the single page `/villa-for-sale-real-estate-investment/`. That strongly suggests the ~20 duplicate T2–T5 / floor plan pages sitting in the database are leftovers and not part of the new site. Confirm before deleting, but that is the working assumption. ### Forget-Me-Not middle photo ✅ *(A9)* `Villas at Blue Mountain 9 0843 (PANO).jpg` — received, 2400x992. ### Villa Blue Ocean hero images ✅ *(A10)* `Villas at Blue Mountain 10 8922.jpg` (1800x1200) and `Villas at Blue Mountain 10 0826.jpg` (1800x1348) — both received. All three saved in `notes/assets-from-jennifer/`. ### Azure description ✅ *(A11)* Received in her "Azure" email: copy for the 3 boxes (5 Bedrooms, Indoor Living, Kitchen and Dining). **Two things to raise:** it says "Villa Azure" (see O6), and there's a typo, "an no-suite bathroom" should be "an en-suite bathroom". ### The hero video ✅ *(was N4 — solved without her)* We downloaded the source, confirmed the Sotheby's card is a real end card in the last ~3 seconds, trimmed it off and self-hosted the result. No longer needs her input. Worth noting the card advertised **Dee Agingu** as the sales contact, which is out of date against the Pat Staples contact she just sent.
