Subject: Villas at Blue Mountain website, status and four decisions needed Hi Karen, Jennifer has handed this over to me. Quick summary of where the site is and the four decisions I need from you. WHERE IT IS The site is built and working on a demo link. Villa pages, the four new pages (Services and Amenities, Beach Grotto, Location, About Us), the new navigation, and the booking links are all done. Jennifer's list of changes is complete apart from the items below. https://villasatbluemountain.demoing.info Password: showmethesite FOUR DECISIONS 1. Azure cannot be booked. Blue Ocean, Serenita and Forget-Me-Not are all in the booking engine. Azure is not in it at all. Azure is the first villa on the home page, so its Book Now button currently sends people to the general booking page where Azure does not appear. Someone needs to load it into SynXis, or tell me to turn that button into an enquiry instead. 2. Real estate enquiries have nowhere to go. Villa rental enquiries go to reservations@villasatbluemountain.com. Nobody has told me where real estate enquiries should go. Until I know, I cannot finish the Contact page, and a buyer landing on the site has no way to reach anyone about a purchase. 3. The site and the booking engine disagree about the pools. Jennifer believes all four villas have heated pools at no extra charge. The booking engine currently sells two of them as heated for a fee, and does not mention heating at all for Blue Ocean. Whichever is correct, the two need to match before launch, or guests will be told one thing on the site and charged another at checkout. 4. Launching replaces the current villasatbluemountain.com. The plan is for this site to go live on villasatbluemountain.com, which today is the real estate site. Launching therefore replaces that site, and retires the rentals subdomain. Please confirm that is understood and intended. ALREADY HANDLED, NO ACTION NEEDED Photography. One image on the Forget-Me-Not page turned out to be an architectural rendering of a different building, and the preview images that show when pages are shared on social media were either renderings or missing entirely. All replaced with real photographs of the villas. The real estate page still uses a rendering, which seems right for a sales page. ONE THING TO BE AWARE OF The hero video was produced by Sotheby's and ended with a full screen card carrying a Sotheby's agent's phone number and email. I have trimmed that off and moved the video onto the site so the Sotheby's branding no longer appears. If there is any question about Hartling using that footage without their card, it is worth checking, and it may be simpler to ask Sotheby's for the original file. If I do not hear back on any of the above, I will use my judgement and note what I chose so it can be changed later. Rian
