Subject: VBM launch, 4 quick questions at the top

Hi Karen,

Understood on launching. Four questions first, then the summary below.

Each one has what I will do if I do not hear back, in brackets. If it is easier, just
reply "all defaults" and I will go with those.

THE 4 QUESTIONS

1. Azure is not in the booking engine. The other three villas are. Azure is the first villa
   on the home page, so its Book Now button has nowhere real to send people.
   Can someone add it to SynXis today?

2. Where do real estate enquiries go? Villa rentals go to reservations@. Nobody has given
   me the real estate address, and right now a buyer has no way to contact anyone.

3. Heated pools. Jennifer said all four are heated at no charge. The booking engine
   currently sells two of them as heated for a fee and does not mention heating at all for
   Blue Ocean. I do not want the site promising something guests then get charged for.
   [DEFAULT: the site says "heated private pool" and stays silent on cost, so whatever
   SynXis charges is what applies. Please confirm Blue Ocean's pool is heated, because the
   booking engine says nothing about it]

4. Confirming: going live on villasatbluemountain.com replaces the current real estate site
   at that address, and retires rentals.villasatbluemountain.com.

Done: all four villa pages updated, the four new pages built (Services and Amenities, Beach
Grotto, Location, About Us), new navigation with dropdowns, booking links live for three of
the four villas, photo swaps, and the hero video trimmed and moved onto the site.

Also fixed along the way: an image on the Forget-Me-Not page was an architectural rendering
of a different building, and the preview images that appear when pages get shared on social
media were renderings or missing, including the home page. All now real photographs.

Two things will be imperfect at launch unless questions 1 and 2 come back:
- Azure's Book Now
- the Contact page, which I cannot finish without the real estate address

Everything else can be tidied after go live.

One to be aware of: the hero video was produced by Sotheby's and ended on a full screen card
with a Sotheby's agent's phone number and email. I have trimmed that off. If there is any
question about using their footage without it, worth checking, and it may be easiest to ask
them for the original file.
