Subject: VBM update, first batch done and a few things to look at

Thanks, that unblocked most of what I was stuck on. Status below.

DONE, READY TO LOOK AT

Villa pages, all four:
- Dedicated Butler off Azure and Serenita
- Turn-down service off Blue Ocean and Forget-Me-Not
- Tesla battery line off Forget-Me-Not
- All four Service rows now read "Daily Housekeeping"
- Azure renamed to Azure Villa (page, menu, browser tab). URL is unchanged.
- Forget-Me-Not More Info button now works. It was pointing at a spot on the page
  that had never been set up.

Home page:
- Hero video sorted, see below
- Explore the Villas and Investment Opportunity boxes gone
- Villas now in alphabetical order
- Fixed a typo, the first feature box read "stuning"

THINGS THAT CAME UP THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE KNOWN

1. The Sotheby's card was worse than it looked.
It wasn't just branding, it was a full screen card with Dee Agingu's phone number and
email on your home page. It also looks out of date given the real estate contacts you
just sent me.

I pulled the video off YouTube, cut the card off the end, and put the file on the site
itself rather than embedding from YouTube. That also gets rid of the small Sotheby's
logo in the corner and the suggested video thumbnails that popped up when it paused,
neither of which trimming alone would have fixed. Video now runs clean and loops.

One thing to confirm: is Hartling clear to use that footage without the Sotheby's card?
If Sotheby's produced it, it might be worth asking them for the original file, which
would be better quality than what I could pull off YouTube.

2. The booking engine disagrees with you on the pools.
You said all villas have heated pools at no extra charge. SynXis currently sells
Serenita and Forget-Me-Not as "Heated Pool (fee)" and doesn't mention a heated pool at
all for Blue Ocean.

I don't want the website saying one thing and the booking engine saying another at the
point someone is paying. Can you get that corrected on the SynXis side, or tell me the
site should follow the booking engine? I'll hold the pool wording until then.

3. There are about 20 duplicate pages in the site.
Two of nearly everything, two Home pages, two Contact Us, two Photo Gallery, plus
duplicates of all the T2 to T5 real estate pages. Looks like something got imported
twice. Given you said the real estate content all lives in the one Villa for Sale page
now, I'm assuming the duplicates are leftovers and I'll clear them out. Say so if any
of them are meant to be there.

4. Small things I noticed:
- Only Blue Ocean and Forget-Me-Not have a More Info button. Azure Villa and Serenita
  don't, though all four have the section it jumps to. Want it on all four?
- The home page still mentions Tesla battery storage in the Forget-Me-Not blurb. You
  only asked me to remove it from the villa page. Take it off the home page too?
- Your Azure copy says "Villa Azure" but you'd asked me to change it to Azure Villa.
  Going with Azure Villa unless you say otherwise.
- Also in the Azure copy, "an no-suite bathroom" should be "en-suite". Fixing it.

WHAT I NEED

Blocking:
- Azure and the booking engine. Nothing I can do until Ray comes back on that one.
- The pool question above.
- DNS. Still need this to launch on villasatbluemountain.com, and confirmation you're
  happy for it to sit on the same server as the other Hartling sites.

When you get a chance:
- Where do real estate enquiries go? Rentals to reservations@ is noted. Is real estate
  Pat, Ben, both, or a shared inbox?
- The old rentals site has about a dozen real guest reviews on it. Worth keeping? I've
  saved them either way.
- Photo gallery, you hadn't reviewed it yet.

NEXT

Taking your steer that the header and home page are the lowest priority:
1. The four new pages, Services and Amenities, Beach Grotto, Location, About Us
2. Booking links on the villa pages
3. Your new photos in, and the Azure copy
4. Header last

Fair warning, I'm finding things as I build, so there will probably be another short
list of questions with the next update.
