**Status:** Unread
**Context:** Plugin lifted from `kadence-child` theme into standalone plugin at 0.1.0. Block source files copied verbatim from theme; registration moved from `functions.php` to `bw-pre-heading.php`. Block was working in the theme before the lift.
**Next step:** Activate the plugin on the Prompt Victoria site, verify all three dropdowns and inline editing still behave, then delete the now-orphaned `wp-content/themes/kadence-child/blocks/bw-pre-heading/` folder.
