Based in the United Kingdom, Charles Dickson is a successful chartered accountant, member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, with an education from the University of Bristol and Harvard Business School. Currently, Mr. Dickson serves in a multitude of businesses ranging from medical technologies to capital investment.
These roles include is role as Managing Director at VivoPlex, a medical technology business specializing in biometric sensors; President of Tarncourt Group, a privately controlled investment vehicle specializing in commercial real estate investment and development alongside venture capital investment within the United Kingdom; member of the board and shareholder of Apache Capital Partners, a privately owned real estate investment manager with offices in London and the Middle East; and as co-founder of Workshop Trading, a London-based speciality coffee and café business.
Beyond his professional occupations, Mr. Dickson enjoys various fitness and sports activities in his free time as well as chess and reading.
As CEO and lead partner, Stan Hartling (B.Comm, CA) plays a vital role in all aspects of The Hartling Group’s development projects – from initial design, feasibility studies, financing, and promotion, to grand openings and the ongoing operations of each project. Stan also owns and operates Oceanside Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Mr. Hartling prides himself on building strong relationships with his partners, individual investors and his staff, as demonstrated during 16 years as a successful property developer. To ensure continued success, he has recruited a senior management team who bring a wealth of international experience in luxury hotel operation, property development, and property management. The Hartling Group employs nearly 400 staff throughout its resorts and other operations.
In 2009, Mr. Hartling was the recipient “Developer of the Year” Award presented by the prestigious Caribbean World Home and Living Magazine.
The Shore Club Turks & Caicos, The Palms Turks & Caicos, and The Sands at Grace Bay are Mr. Hartling ‘s three current world-class projects, developed under the Hartling Group. The resorts are situated on the island of Providenciales, in the Turks & Caicos Islands, and each offers a unique, luxury resort experience.

As the President of the World Wide Group since 1996, Jim directs the firm’s real estate portfolio and development activities. He began his real estate career by completing the construction and leasing of the Framingham Mall in Massachusetts, he then devoted his time to the company’s growing real estate development projects in New York City.
Mr. Stanton was project Manager for the Park Belvedere, Vanderbilt and Shorehaven condominium projects. As co-chairman of Manhattan Marketing Inc., he supervised the sales and marketing of 2,000 condominiums in New York City.
He has directed the conversion of over 2,000,000 square feet from office to residential use, which includes the Steiner Building (West 17th Street), 71 Broadway, 88 Greenwich, 53 Park Place and 50 Murray Street; in addition to three recent ground-up development projects at 300 East 55th Street (Milan), 250 East 74th Street and 252 East 57th Street a 600,00 square feet mixed used development on Manhattan’s billionaires row.
Jim is an active member of the community, he serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Rights, a national advocacy group working to reform failing child welfare systems. He actively supports many philanthropic organizations including Save the Children, Refugees International, The Gordon Parks Foundation and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
An avid sportsman, Mr. Stanton is a founding member of the Elmaleh-Stanton Squash Center in South Hampton, he enjoys cycling, squash, kite-boarding and skiing.
Bill O’Brien held senior executive positions at various electronic trading firms, including Nasdaq, before being hired as CEO of Direct Edge, a start-up that he grew to be a top-five stock exchange in the world before merging with a competitor in 2014. Since then he has invested in, consulted for and advised a variety of fintech and other startups, and various charities, including as Co-Chair of the annual Wall Street Taste of New York to benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He also serves as a judge for the McCloskey New Venture Competition for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to working in electronic trading Bill practiced law at Orrick and Goldman Sachs, and he currently is an attorney in good standing of the New York bar. Bill holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Government and History from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bill and his wife Miechelle (“Shelly”) O’Brien reside in Waccabuc, New York in Westchester County. They have been married for over thirty-one years and have four children, ages 24 through 14. They have owned their Shore Club unit since 2016 and travel there frequently.
David is based in London, UK. He is a partner of global law firm Paul, Weiss. He was previously a partner at leading European private equity firm TDR Capital and at global law firms Kirkland & Ellis and Linklaters, where he focused on private equity, public and private M&A transactions. He holds an honours law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
David enjoys travelling and watching a wide variety of sports. David is an original owner at the Shore Club and spends several weeks at the Property annually and has been a huge supporter of the resort since inception and brings a deep background of legal knowledge.
