The badge straddles two grounds, and that single fact decides most of the design. A cream or
white circle disappears the moment it crosses onto the white body; a NIGHT circle disappears into the strip above
it. Only two things read on both: CONFIDENCE gold, or NIGHT with a white ring cutting it out. Gold is the page’s
only accent, and four gold circles spends it four times in one screen, so variant 2 exists specifically to answer
that: the accent shrinks to the glyph and the ring does the separating.
Three mechanical points, all of which bite if missed. The card cannot keep overflow:hidden, which
is what clipped it to its radius before and would cut the badge off at exactly the edge it is meant to cross, so
the strip and body round their own corners instead. The body needs enough top padding to clear the badge’s lower
half or the first line of copy runs under it. And where the badge sits on the left, the strip needs matching
padding or the heading runs beneath it.
AISV’s copy and the four icons are unchanged.
