The eight areas — making them read as labels, not prose

The problem being solved is register, not legibility. The baseline sets the eight in the same case and nearly the same size as the paragraph directly above them, so they read as prose in boxes. They are a taxonomy, and they should look like one.
Option 1 is the brand's own answer. The Brand Guide's type scale already specifies H3 as Montserrat Light 300, all caps — a caps style the brand owns and that nothing else on this page uses. That makes it the on-brand way to do what Adi asked for, rather than an invented one.
Boards 6–10 add icons (Adi, 2026-09-05), and they cost something specific. The mockup brief allows Direction B eleven icons — one per value group, per step and per objection — and all eleven are already used. Eight more here takes the page to nineteen, which is Rian’s call, not a detail. Board 10 is the way to have the effect without spending the budget: one repeated mark is a bullet, not iconography.
And the harder question is whether these eight can be drawn at all.Contracts and Business policies and documentation are both a sheet of paper; Corporate governance has no literal object behind it. An icon a reader has to decode is worse than no icon — judge board 7, where the icons carry the cell alone, before the ones that prop them up.
The “Client and vendor relationships” icon has been replaced (Adi, 2026-09-05). The old exchange squiggle read as nothing in particular at 22px. Four candidates are below, each at the size it is actually used and enlarged beside it; the chain link is applied on every board. A handshake was drawn first and abandoned — at 22px in a 1.5px stroke it collapses into a tangle, which is worth knowing before anyone asks for one again.
Two things to watch. Caps add roughly 12% width, so judge the two longest labels — Client and vendor relationships and Business policies and documentation — before the short ones. And the icon budget is spent: eleven are allowed in Direction B and all eleven are used in the value groups, the steps and the objections, so no option here adds one.

The Brand Guide's type scale sets H3 as Montserrat Light 300, all caps, tracking 0 — a caps style the brand already owns and that nothing else on the page currently uses. Light at caps reads as classification rather than emphasis, which is exactly the register these need. Watch the two long labels: caps add roughly 12% width.
