AISV’s copy is unchanged in all six.

The finding that drives every board: AISV did not write two lists, they wrote seven PAIRS. "Legal fees are unpredictable" is answered by "Legal costs are easier to predict". "The owner feels exposed and unsupported" is answered by "The owner feels supported and protected". Every line on the left has its own reply on the right, in order. The current build puts them in two separate bordered panels with their own headers, which reads as two independent lists: the visitor has to do the pairing themselves, and most will not. Every option here makes the pair the unit instead of the column.

One rule is carried through unchanged and is not negotiable. The two sides are told apart by HEADING, MARKER and POSITION, never by colour alone, which is the accessibility line sold under Baseline Structural SEO / AEO. Every board keeps both headings and the minus and plus marks even where a ground or a colour also separates the sides. Remove the marks and the section fails for anyone who cannot tell grey from NIGHT.

The ground stays cream: section 7 above is white and section 9 below is tint.

AOne table, seven rowsThe two panels become one object with two columns, and the PAIR becomes the unit: row five is "legal fees are unpredictable" beside "legal costs are easier to predict", on the same horizontal, with a rule under both. It is the most literal way to say "this is a comparison" and the one that needs the least explaining. The cream header strip carries both column names so neither side owns the object.

If you want one: B. The arrow is the cheapest possible way to say "this becomes that", which is what the section heading actually promises, and it needs no box, no second ground and no extra colour. A is the pick if the comparison should read as a document rather than as a movement; D if it should be made by material instead of by a mark.
