The button in the navy panel

The button inside the navy panel is NIGHT on NIGHT — it disappears. Six treatments below, each shown in the real section so the button is judged against the copy beside it, not on its own. Every one of them also fixes the underlying cause: the panel is given the on-dark class, which is what switches the whole button system to its dark-ground colours.

Hover on each to see the fill sweep. The label wording is the copy as written — it is AISV’s and not ours to shorten here.

nowWhat is there now — navy on navyThe button is secondary: NIGHT fill, NIGHT border, white label. The box is also NIGHT. Nothing but the label survives, so it reads as one more bold sentence rather than something to click. The cause is mechanical, not aesthetic: the panel never got the on-dark class the rest of the page uses, so the dark-ground rules never fired.

By then, the issue may already be expensive, stressful, and disruptive.

The problem is not that business owners are careless. It is that no one has been consistently watching the legal side of the business as it grows.

You deserve a legal partner who helps you identify risks before they become emergencies.

1White outlineThe dark-ground outline the system already defines: transparent, a white hairline, a white label. It is the quietest of the four and the most obviously a button — an outline reads as a control precisely because nothing else on a page is drawn that way. On hover it fills white and the label turns NIGHT.

2CONFIDENCE goldThe same yellow as Book a Consultation. The loudest option and the strongest contrast against NIGHT. The cost is hierarchy: gold is the page’s direct-conversion colour, so using it here says the assessment matters as much as booking. Defensible in this panel because it is the only button in the section — nothing sits beside it to be outranked.

3Solid whiteWhat the system does everywhere else on a dark ground — the header CTAs in the mega panels and the closing section both use it. Maximum weight without spending gold. It is the consistent answer; it is also the least interesting one, and a white block inside a navy block is a lot of contrast for a secondary ask.

4Gold outlineThe middle position: gold, but drawn rather than filled. It borrows the conversion colour without claiming the same rank as a filled gold button, and it picks up the gold underline already sitting under before they become emergencies two lines above. Fills gold on hover with an ink label.

5White outline, with the iconOption 1 carrying the clipboard mark the assessment already uses in the header menu and in step one of How It Works. The icon is the cheapest way to say this is a different kind of ask from Book a Consultation — a form to fill in, not a meeting to attend.
