Objection handling — five treatments

Five treatments of the objection-handling section. The copy is verbatim in all five — four objections, each with a short reply and a longer answer, exactly as the brand story writes them.

The structure worth designing to is a three-beat one, and it is easy to miss. Every item is an objection, then a concession, then an argument: “We only call a lawyer when something comes up.”That approach may have worked when the business was smaller. → the reasoning. The middle beat is the one that does the persuading — it agrees with the reader before disagreeing with them — and a design that treats each item as a flat question-and-answer throws it away. Options 3 and 4 give it its own weight.

There is no section heading, and that is not a design gap. The brand story never wrote one. It stays a labelled placeholder on every board: AISV's to supply, like the revenue threshold and the assessment's name.

On hiding the answers. The planned build is the bw-ai-schema-pro FAQ module, and this is the page's second accordion — the services list is the first. But objections are not the same content type as a service catalogue: a collapsed objection leaves the objection on screen with its answer hidden, which is the one arrangement that argues against the firm. Option 2 makes that case by showing everything. Whatever wins, the panels must render server-side: Google indexes collapsed content only when it is in the HTML on load, and AI answer engines read only the served HTML.

1Accordion, first openThe planned build: four rows, the first expanded so the pattern is legible. Compact, and consistent with the services accordion further up — though that is also the argument against it, since the page would then carry two accordions and they hold very different kinds of content.

“We Only Call a Lawyer When Something Comes Up.”

That approach may have worked when the business was smaller.

As your company grows, the cost of overlooking a legal issue grows too. Proactive support helps identify gaps early, strengthen documentation, and prevent avoidable problems.

“We Cannot Justify Hiring In-House Legal Counsel.”

You may not need to.

Equinox gives you access to experienced legal guidance without the salary, benefits, and overhead of a full-time legal department.

“We Are Worried About Unpredictable Legal Bills.”

You are not alone.

Growing businesses need to be able to budget for legal support. Equinox offers a more predictable approach, so you can ask important questions without fearing what the answer will cost.

“Nothing Is Wrong Right Now.”

That is the ideal time to review your legal foundation.

It is far easier to strengthen a contract, update a policy, or address a risk before a dispute, claim, or crisis occurs.

2Everything visibleNo accordion. All four objections with both answer beats on screen. The case for it is specific: a collapsed objection leaves the objection visible and its answer hidden — the reader sees four reasons not to buy and no reasons to. It costs height, and it is the only option that never argues against the firm.

3Objection left, answer rightFour rows, the objection held in a left column and the answer in the right — the same paired-row structure as the uncertainty-to-confidence section, which is already on the page and works. Nothing is hidden, and the objection and its answer are always read together rather than in sequence.

4The concession, at sizeEach item's middle beat — that approach may have worked, you may not need to, you are not alone — set large, with the objection small above it and the reasoning small beneath. It puts the weight on the sentence that agrees with the reader, which is the one doing the persuading. The objection stops being the loudest thing in its own row.

5As things people sayThe objections are quotations — the copy puts them in quote marks — so they are set as such: large, in the reader's voice, with the reply beneath in the firm's. The section becomes a short exchange rather than an FAQ. Most editorial and the tallest; it also treats the objections with more respect than a collapsed row does.
