# equinoxbusinesslaw — notes/

> Human-authored reference material (contracts, meeting notes, screenshots, source documents) — anything too big or too draft-y for brief.md. **Not** loaded by agents by default; cite the specific file when it matters.

Nothing in this folder may contain pricing of any kind (no amounts, rates, plan prices, payment
terms). Add-ons and plans are referred to by name only. If a document you need to keep carries
an amount, keep it outside the project and digest it here without the numbers.

## What is deliberately NOT here

- The proposal (sent 2026-07-30, accepted 2026-08-13), the original email messages, the
  pre-quote strategy notes, the platform-decision reply drafts (Vercel vs WordPress), and any
  other client's proposal must never sit inside this workspace: every one of them carries
  pricing, payment terms, or a third-party price. Keep them in Rian's files outside
  `/srv/apps/equinoxbusinesslaw/`. A stray `Notes/` folder (capital N) holding them was
  moved out of the project on 2026-09-02 to Rian's home directory; nothing goes into
  `.archive/` either, since it is still inside the workspace and does not satisfy the scrub.
- What the project keeps instead, price-scrubbed: the contracted deliverables in
  `.logs/planning/scope.md`; the thread and the platform-decision reply in
  `client-correspondence.md`; the strategy notes' audit evidence in `site-audit-2026-07.md`.
