# Live-site numbers (measured, with dates)

Source: direct inspection of equinoxbusinesslaw.com on 2026-09-02 (ground truth), compared with
the July audit behind Rian's strategy notes (2026-07-27) and the proposal (2026-07-30). Where
they differ, the 2026-09-02 number is the one to use; the July numbers explain why older
documents say something else. Full evidence base in `notes/site-audit-2026-07.md`.

## Why it matters

Older documents in `notes/` and the proposal quote the July numbers. A teammate quoting "510
posts" or "33 scripts" to the client is not wrong about July, but the build plans, the
migration verification counts, and the performance before/after report must use the
2026-09-02 numbers, and the post count must be re-measured on the day of export.

## How to apply

- Migration verification (`.logs/planning/content-migration.md`): compare post, category, tag,
  author, and featured-image counts between the export and staging by ID, not by these totals.
- Performance report: 64 scripts / 19 stylesheets is the baseline for the "before" column.
- Team template: build for 9 bios; Nicole's is a placeholder until her headshot and bio arrive.
