# Add-on acceptance status

Source: the proposal (sent 2026-07-30, "Optional Add-Ons" and "Hosting & Maintenance
Options") and Alicia Wimmer's acceptance email of 2026-08-13, with Hosting reconfirmed in her 2026-08-27 email. Add-ons
are referred to by name only; the project records no prices.

| Add-on (proposal name) | Status | Date | Consequence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design Mockup and Review Round | ACCEPTED | 2026-08-13 | A designed concept for the key pages plus ONE comprehensive feedback round, delivered before any page build. Nothing gets built until the mockup direction is approved. Rian promised the initial mockup within a week of receiving design inputs (2026-08-24); inputs arrived 2026-08-27; nothing mocked up as of 2026-09-02, so it is the next deliverable, due 2026-09-03 by that promise (a week from the 2026-08-27 inputs). Two inputs are still incomplete: the Brand Kit and photo folders still have to be pulled from SharePoint, and the "sites you like" examples Rian asked for on 2026-08-24 were never sent. Further rounds are a scope change. |
| Hosting | ACCEPTED | 2026-08-13; reconfirmed "Move to PlusROI" 2026-08-27 | Launch target is PlusROI-managed hosting on this server. The proposal's hosting add-on includes CDN for media, SSL, nightly backups, and regular plugin updates with rollback. Post-launch plan choice (Hosting alone vs the Hosting and Support plan) deferred to launch. |
| Fractional General Counsel Landing Page with Tiered Pricing | PENDING — "interested, though we'd like to discuss further before making a decision" | 2026-08-13; no discussion recorded since | Do NOT build the dedicated landing page, tier-comparison block, fixed-versus-hourly comparison table, or tier schema until confirmed. The base scope still rebuilds the existing General Counsel page (`/our-approach/general-counsel/`, three unpriced tiers: Signature General Counsel, Legal Maintenance, Advisor). If taken, the client supplies the tier numbers with AISV's guidance; we never author them and never record them here. The proposal calls it "the highest-priority item in AISV's Phase 01 plan" (it is the second Phase 01 key move in the deck, after "Website + SEO fixes") and the basis of their Creative Concept 02 ("Equinox the Playing Field"), so raise the go/no-go at the mockup review call and plan the General Counsel page and nav so the landing page can slot in. |
| Practice Area and Topic Hub Architecture | NOT ACCEPTED (not mentioned in the acceptance) | 2026-08-13 | No hub/child-page template and no parent/child URL architecture in this build. Practice Areas stays one rebuilt page. Do not build it "because it is cheap now"; if AISV's Owner / CFO / HR hubs need a home later, that is a new engagement. |

## How to apply

- Anything in the PENDING or NOT ACCEPTED rows that a session is tempted to build is a change
request, not a favour. Log the temptation in `.logs/handoff.md` and ask Rian.
- Apart from naming the pricing-scrub rule itself, the phrase "tiered pricing" appears in this
project only inside the name of the Fractional General Counsel deliverable; never with a number.
- Scope detail for every accepted item lives in `.logs/planning/scope.md`.
