  `main/` (declared override: the instance is `wp-content/`); merged the gateway-generated
  `CLAUDE.md` into `agents.md` and replaced it with the `CLAUDE.md -> agents.md` symlink.
- Wrote: `agents.md` (204 lines), `brief.md` (170), `.logs/planning/{README, scope, build-plan,

- Re-sequenced the mockup round in `agents.md`, `brief.md` and `design-direction.md`: Step 1 is two
  home-page direction mockups, home page only; Step 2 (remaining key pages) only after Rian
  chooses. Reconciled `design-direction.md` with the brief (two-button header, no header state
  list, SharePoint links stay outside the project, exports required).
