# Beauty discovery reads: Sat 2026-09-05 afternoon (Stream A, task A7)
Near-zero-cost discovery for the targeted-40 list (build plan §7 method). No collection, no
ingest, nothing written to the database. Each read is through `fetch()` (honest UA, robots
re-read, the host's crawl delay), one process per host, and only on hosts whose refresh log
already says finished.

Not read today: iShopChangi (its run ended `blocked`, HTTP 403: a refusal, so no sitemap read
