## Outcome (13 Sep, late evening)
**Accepted.** Twenty pages at a thirty-second pace, nineteen prices stored, no refusal; the first two runs
at ten seconds were refused near page eighteen. The pace becomes the source's own: `sources.delay_seconds = 30`
for `ishopchangi-sin` on production and staging (read by ingest and verify when no `--delay` is given), and a
code default filed for the collector. First entry of the refusal ledger: iShopChangi tolerates ~30 s, not ~10 s.
(A first attempt at 23:3x was cut short at 17 pages by the launching session ending, not by the shop.)
