Read, in order:
1. .logs/planning/catalogue-walkthrough-2026-09-16.md: start with "For the session that reviews this".
   It is your brief: the deliverables, the budget, the three things I want you to think about, and the
   state of the code. Then items W1 to W20, each written issue-first.
2. .logs/planning/catalogue-model-decisions-2026-09-15.md: the earlier decisions, several of which the
   walk-through revises.

   the evidence.

Write .logs/planning/catalogue-refactor-plan-2026-09-16.md with: the decisions (W1 to W20), the plan in
dependency order with the launch path and a cut line, proposed overnight streams at summary level, and
the escalations that deserve a deeper multi-agent think before building (or "none"). Do not start a
multi-agent workflow yourself; list the escalations and I will decide.
