## 2026-08-27 — Workspace created, no instance yet

Scaffolded as a v8 workspace-with-zero-instances (docs/planning only). No
`srv-gw` project, container, or domain exists. Created directly under
`/srv/apps/` rather than via `srv-gw create-project`, since the gateway
doesn't yet support standing up a workspace without also forcing a site/domain
(the `create-project`/`add-instance` split is unbuilt — v8 T3.1). See
`agents.md` for what running `srv-gw create-project` here later will change.
