## 2026-07-19 — adopted the project-docs convention (T2.2 pilot)
Added `brief.md` (the canonical entry point). No existing files moved or renamed — the
plan stays in `PROJECT-PLAN.md`, discovery intake in `DISCOVERY-WORKSHEET.md`.

**Current state:** Step 1 (discovery / sandbox proof); cPanel login obtained.
**Pick up next:** finish the Step-1 intake in `DISCOVERY-WORKSHEET.md` (catalog structure,
product codes, pricing configs, currencies, sample matrix, buy-link format) → validate
`getPrice` against real data → SO-1 findings summary + sandbox demo for Phil. Open blockers
and what-to-acquire are the "Phase 0" section of `PROJECT-PLAN.md`.
