Only where no such price exists does it fall\n  back to converting the US price at 2Checkout's own exchange rate, as before. This is what makes the\n  per-country price list usable — until now every hand-entered price was ignored.\n- **Country-specific pricing configurations are honoured.** If a configuration has billing countries\n  attached, visitors from those countries are priced from it; everyone else continues to use the\n  eStore default."
