I want to create a new plugin called "BW Dev", it is the one plugin that I want to use in future web development. for now It will have several features that support the work that we are doing with Kadence WP, or stuffs that should be available in our ideal scenario. 

I want to plugin settings to be "not too front facing" eg not in Dashboard directly but as child of Settings. eg at Dashboard -> Settings -> BW Dev. 

IN the past I created several plugins , i would like you (Claude) to combine and refactor this using best practice of plugin creation as Rian's note in here /srv/apps/bw-plugins/docs, my previous plugins are just whatever generated and worked based on no rule. i would like to follow what Rian's has prepared from general note, security, etc, should follow it.

Naming wise, my old plugins maybe too random in naming so I would like to organize it in a logical way so can be renamed accordingly. 

White label background, as Backend plugin, i want a system to make it "Rename blocks" so client will fill appreciated and make it really them (if we want) by default will use BW something blocks, but if we have this white label rename in settings would be great. 

What i want is for you to learn from my plugins mention above, then create a plan of todo, and then will need us to resume work later in different sessions. In the future i would likely (or Rian) to add or revise this plugin so really need todo, or clear notes or progress log.
