Follows the section order of the existing draft (page 39226), which was built by Rian on 1 September from Stacey Shrout’s information document and her answers to the scope questions. Suggested changes are listed at the end as questions, not applied here.

Brentwood’s campus sits on ninety acres of Vancouver Island coastline, with a kilometre of waterfront looking out to the Gulf Islands. In the summer of 2027 it opens to young people from around the world for the first time, for camps that run day and night rather than nine to five.

Two ways to spend the summer here

Our overnight camps are new for 2027. Campers live in a Brentwood boarding house for a week or two, with meals, excursions and evenings on campus included. Our day camps are the programmes we have run for years, running weekdays through July.

Master public speaking and ironclad argumentation with techniques used to coach world-class debaters. Students build elite skills and prepare to compete for the Camp Cup.

Week 2 — Global Diplomacy · 4 to 10 July

Step into the shoes of international delegates to negotiate treaties and solve global crises. Modelled on Brentwood’s award-winning Model UN programme, this camp offers tailored challenges for all skill levels while building empathy, listening, and eloquence.

Getting to Brentwood +

Campers arrange their own travel to Vancouver Island. A complimentary scheduled shuttle runs to campus from Victoria International Airport (YYJ) and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal.

Vancouver Island is not in the city of Vancouver. Flights and ferries to Vancouver do not arrive on the Island.

Where you will stay +

Campers stay in a Brentwood boarding house. Each room has a twin XL bed, occasionally in a bunk configuration, with a desk and chair for every camper. Towels and bedding are provided. Houses have Wi-Fi, shared kitchen areas, flatscreens and common areas. Coin-operated laundry is available at any time.

Most international students need a temporary resident visa or an electronic travel authorization. Processing times are longer than usual, so apply early. Which document you need is set out at travel.gc.ca.

SuppliedStacey confirmed the visa requirement goes on the page now. The visa refund policy and the code of conduct are held until December — and the code of conduct in the source document is an AI-generated sample that needs Brentwood’s own sign-off before it appears anywhere.

DecemberThat closing line is the hinge Rian built in: sample schedule, director bios, refund policy, code of conduct, packing list and medical-insurance specifics all arrive as new rows in this accordion. Stacey stated twice that the page must absorb them without a redesign.
