# **Milestones**

* Week of Jun 1: Project kickoff and FinalSite discovery call.  
* Week of Jun 15: Staging site will be accessible. Some pages are viewable (early previews, not final).  
* Week of Jun 29:   
  * Can start reviewing all pages, including core admissions/brochure pages, plus the custom calendar, livestream, and video features.  
  * Will not be polished, but Brentwood can provide critical feedback  
* Week of July 8: feature-complete site ready for review   
* Week of Jul 27:   
  * Final site ready for review.   
  * Recorded editor training and admin documentation delivered.  
  * Brentwood team can start making edits to content on the staging site  
* Week of August 8: pick a go-live date and cut over the site

# **Requirements**

* By Jun 7:  
  * Connect Rian with FinalSite  
  * Provide brand assets (logos, fonts, approved photography)  
* By Jun 14:  
  * Provide all requested access  
* Jun 29 \- Jul 5:   
  * Review the core pages and send consolidated first round feedback.  
* Jul 13-20:   
  * Review the full site and send final consolidated feedback.  
* Week of Aug 1:   
  * Attend the editor training and provide final sign-off.  
  * Can freely make changes in the WordPress backend before launch
