To make changes to the website you need to sign in first. Staff sign in with their usual Brentwood Google account — the same one used for Gmail and Google Drive — so there's no separate website password to create or remember.
/wp-admin or /wp-login.php.Note
Administrators with a separate WordPress password can still use it — the usual username and password fields are below the Google button.
Use your Brentwood Google Workspace account — the one ending @brentwood.ca. Personal Gmail addresses and any other Google account aren't accepted, even if you're already signed into one in your browser.
Google asks you to choose an account every time you click Sign in with Google. If you use more than one Google account in your browser, pick the Brentwood one from the list, or choose Use another account to add it.
If you pick the wrong account, you'll land back on the sign-in page with a message telling you to use your @brentwood.ca account. Click Sign in with Google again and choose the right one.
Signing in with Google confirms you're a real Brentwood staff member — it doesn't create your website account or decide what you're allowed to do on the site. Your website account needs to already exist, using the exact same email address as your Brentwood Google account.
If no website account matches your address, you'll be sent back to the sign-in page with the message "That Brentwood account does not have access to this website yet." That's expected — having a Brentwood email doesn't by itself give you access to the website. Ask your Marketing team to set an account up for you (see the guide on managing users and roles), then sign in with Google again.
