<p>Pages are built from <strong>blocks</strong> — each paragraph, heading, image or button is a block you add with the <strong>+</strong> button. Your site also has its own <strong>Brentwood</strong> blocks for things like image galleries, staff grids and accordions. The two block guides ("Adding images &amp; video" and "Adding content blocks") walk through them.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What's the Page Settings panel?</h2>

<p>Most edit screens have a <strong>Page Settings</strong> panel that controls the large banner (the "hero") at the top of the page, an optional title override, and the footer image. It's one of the most-used custom features — the "Page settings" guide covers it.</p>

<p>Open <strong>Guides</strong> in the dashboard menu and use the search box. It searches inside every guide — including individual sections — so searching for what you're trying to do (say, "reorder staff" or "footer image") jumps you straight to the answer.</p>
