## What this email settles

- **Consolidation is ours to decide.** The source doc spreads overnight-camp content across
  several tabs; we are explicitly invited to restructure it.
- **No attachment to the existing layout.** The current Summer Camps page can be rebuilt outright
  rather than extended — this removes a constraint the brief had left open.
- **Dropdowns confirmed as the wanted pattern**, and the stated goal is *clean and
  non-overwhelming*. That matches the `bw/faq-accordion` / `bw/table-accordion` blocks already in
  the library.
- **Reference sites:** Ridley College (summer boarding) and Shawnigan Lake — both linked in the doc.
- **Design must leave room to grow.** A second wave of content lands shortly before **1 December
  2026** registration. Spacing and formatting have to absorb it without a redesign — this is
  stated twice, so treat it as a requirement, not a nicety.

## Still outstanding after this email

- **Photography** — being added to the shared file; Terra's existing set is the starting point.
- **The map** referenced under Transportation ("Insert map Terra shared").
- Everything in the confirmation summary's open-questions list —

## ⚠ Two things in the source doc that must NOT be published

1. **Internal cost and staffing notes** — medical-transport rates, and the internal questions
   about nursing cover, insurance guidance and informed consent. These are marked internal in the
   doc and are for Brentwood only.
2. **The Code of Conduct is an AI-generated draft** — the doc labels it "Sample Gemini Code of
   Conduct" and the camps section marks it "[Code of Conduct TBC]". It carries dismissal and
   no-refund consequences, so it needs Brentwood's own review and sign-off before it appears
   anywhere public. Same applies to the refund and visa-refund policies, which the doc flags as
   not yet confirmed.
