# inbox — drop zone

Raw material from Brentwood as it arrives: photographs, brochures, PDFs, emailed ideas, scribbled
notes. **Nothing here is organised, and it doesn't need to be** — dropping things in quickly is the
point. Sorting happens on the way out, into `../notes/`.

Helpful but optional: prefix a file with the date it arrived (`2026-08-27-brochure.pdf`) so the
sequence stays obvious once there are a few dozen.
